Fitness Exercise Provides Health Benefits Which Help With Weight Loss And Build Muscle Strength


Why do people say you will gain weight if you don't eat enough?
When there is so much proof that you will lose a TON of weight if you eat less then 1000 calories a day. I mean, there is a girl who went from 187 lbs to 97 lbs WITHIN A FREAKIN YEAR by eating that amount. Do people tell you that just because they don't want people to go to extremes to be skinny? Because clearly there is proof that bad nutrition (not eating enough) is going to result in extreme weight loss... BTW- i'm just so confused as to why people try to drill this idea into our brains when clearly weight loss is inevitable on this diet. (not that i would ever do this) the first two answers don't make sense. did you read my whole question??? a girl lost 90 pounds in less then a year by not eating enough!!!!!!! HELLLLOOOOO?!!??!?!??! the fat storage thing doesn't make any sense..

im trying to lose 20 lbs in the next 6 months or less?
I'm 17 / Female / 5'5 / 147 lbs . My Metabolism is kinda slow I guess , I Don't eat Breakfast , I'll eat lunch around 2pm ( my first meal ) . White Rice , & meat everday . Mostly chicken or pork . I Only drink Water . I'll eat the same meal again around 730pm . Idont eat like this Every single day but most of the time I do . Sometimes I do like to snack or get some fast food . I think I used to order too much fast food like at Taco Bell I would usually get two Nacho Cheese Chalupas & A side and sometimes even three chalupas . So lately I've just been qettinq one chalupa & a side or just two chalupas . And at mcdonalds I would get 1 mcChicken, a small fry & chicken nuggets sometimes even a cheeseburger but now I've been getting like a sandwich and a small frie. I know , I'm such a fatass lol but lately instead of getting fast food four times a week I've been getting fastfood once or twice a month . Yesterday was my first day of my workout I did 10 minutes on the bike , 50 situps , 3 pushups lol , and I just worked out my arms a little with a 3 lb dumbbell . I mean I'm not trying to go into extreme weight loss because I'm not huge , I just need to lose a few pounds and tighten everything . I'm thinking about getting a gym membership but right now I don't have the money for it . I need suggestions for a healthy diet like what types of food that'll give me enough vitamins & protein also good drinks for diet water ALL the time gets boring. Also a good and easy at home workout exercise routine . I'm going to try to stop my bad eating habbits . Also I don't like Fish . I like tunafish but I do not eat fish. My favorite food is chicken . And I love salad but with salad dressing , is fat free italian dressing good for a diet ? I also have a big appetite , how do I stop craving foods ? THANK YOU SOOO MUCH !
