I want to start pilates for toning and weight loss?
I'm starting a healthy diet and i was thinking about doing pilates as my exercise as i have heard great things about it I found this dvd on amazon called Element: Pilates Weight Loss For Beginners So basically just a pilates for beginners dvd which lasts 50 minutes and i was thinking about doing that maybe 3 times a week I'm female, 5ft 2, 20 and 133lbs and i want to get down to 112lbs Do you think doing 50 minutes of pilates for beginners 3 times a week along with a healthy diet will help me lose weight?

Will taking creatine and whey protein help me lose weight and get back into shape?
I stopped playing rugby around the end of February and I've noticed that I'm starting to get badly out of shape. My training used to consist of 3 pitch sessions, 2 gym sessions, and 2 lineout sessions a week as well as 1 match a week. Since then, my training has been pretty much nil. I've noticed that my muscle mass has decreased significantly, and has been replaced by a bit of a belly and general fat. All of this I expected. If I'm to get back into shape again and build muscle mass back up, will I need to lose the fat first, or can I just go right ahead and start back into the gym with whey protein and creatine supplementation? I'm heading to India in July, and I'll probably lose weight there. Will I wait until that weight comes off so I have a base to build upon? Cheers Many thanks. Would it be worthwhile starting to build muscle before I go to India since I'm likely to lose a lot of weight, and, if I'm right in what I'm thinking, muscle mass will be the first to waste away?
