how to lose it quick?
Is it possible to lose like 1 and a half pounds or 2 in say a month? I'll do the exercise such as football once or twice a week, cycling 1 or 2 mornings, short 25min walks maybe if i have time once or twice a week or else instead of walking maybe going curves. Currently i am 9stone or 126lbs.. i would love to get down to 8 or even 8 and a half or 120lbs. I have fat on my stomach and my inner thighs and i want to lose weight by the end of June. Anyways if you could help me with tips on how to lose weight quick? Such as i know drinking ice cold water will help, going to try not eat after 8 etc Will going off carbohydrates help? Any help appreciated :):). And when you say nutritional value.. what do you mean by that?

Dieting/fasting question?
Hey, I'm Maddie. I weigh about 305 and I'm 5'6. I am wanting to lose 100 pounds by August. Is this doable? I would like to do a month water fasting, and incorporate a juice fast. This weight has to go. What would help me lose weight quick??

Should I go on this more drastic diet or the alternative?
Well, I've been kind of on the fence. I'm 4'10", 101 lbs. It's not overweight but it's on the heavier side of a regular weight, I guess, from what I've read. My intake is roughly 1,300 calories a day. I want to know if it is okay to eat 300 calories a day. It sounds drastic even to me typing it, which is why I want to ask before doing it. I know that it's unhealthy and eating healthier while losing the weight slower would be the better solution. I just want to lose 20 lbs or so quickly, but I can't work out so I'm not sure what to do. A few main questions: 1. Would the 300 calorie diet be way too drastic, even though I would lose weight quicker? 2. Would my hair fall out? 3. Would I be considered Anorexic? 4. Should I just eat 800 calories instead, which is subtracting 500 calories from my normal diet, which would take longer but healthier? Thanks
