Ways to lose weight when having bad knee/ankle?
I have the worst luck, I sprained my right ankle last month and I sprained my left knee 2 days ago. I was making huge improvements in the gym, my squat was up 30 pounds more since my ankle injury and my power clean was up 15 more pounds but then I sprained my knee. Well I'm trying to lose weight to relieve stress on my joints but I am not very mobile right now because of injuries. Is there any good ways to stay in shape and lose weight or do I have to wait till full recovery??

What diets are good for a kid who makes about 20 a month? :/ sorry im not very rich but I try hard to help with random things and somehow make a little cash..well the problem is that I am in dire need of losing weight I am 5,9 but I weigh 210 and My goal weight is about 175 I dont need to work on my muscles Im very strong and my whole life have had muscles but they are COVERED in fat and I need to lose weight I loss 13 pounds already I changed my eating habits by not eating as much but still eating okay..Ive been walking everyday but it just takes way to long for me to lose this weight...so what can I do to lose this weight in about 3months! please help! PS: Im 5,9 and a boy!

13 years old, 5'4, 162 pounds.?
I was born 9 pounds, so I guess you can say I'm big boned. To those of my friends I am confident to tell my weight to, they say I look around 130 or so. My fat distributes evenly throughout my body, honestly. If I were to say where most of my fat was, probably around my torso, and legs (but not that much). I honestly really want to lose weight, I'm going into high school soon and I really want to start on the verge of getting skinnier. But I honestly need a plan. Please don't recommend keeping a calorie book, I've tried, it never really worked for me. If you could work up a diet plan for me, like a 2-3 month diet plan I can begin to get used to. And once I'm on the right eating track, during the 3 months of summer before highschool, I really want to start working out. I honestly really enjoy dancing in my room 'til my heart can't beat any faster. I enjoy it a lot more than running or anything. Also I like bike riding. Honestly, I'm quite insecure with working outside (I know because I'm insecure outside at PE in school). I really just want to lose as much weight possible without feeling sick to the bone like how I was a couple months back, starving myself and barfing all the water I had left in me. My goal is to be as fit as I can with my big boned body. Please help me out. I hope I get to a stage where I'm not so insecure to try going to a gym or so. My ideal weight is 120 or alittle less.
