Fitness Exercise Provides Health Benefits Which Help With Weight Loss And Build Muscle Strength


How serious does this seem? Food Issues/ Eating Disorder?
BEFORE YOU READ THIS: I want you to know that I went to talk to my school counselor the other day and she is getting me into see our school psychiatrist sometime this week to help me with this problem. But Before I go and tell her everything I want to know how serious this actually seems. Everything separate to me didn't seem that bad but when I think about it, it seems like I have done/ am doing a lot of damage to my body but I want to know how bad this would seem to someone else and if you think they would call my parents? 2 years ago I was 5'2 and 153lbs. Now I am 5'2-5'3 and 113lbs Okay so after losing 35 lbs in the past 2 years very healthily I started unhealthy ways. I'm not exactly sure why but I guess I just felt desperate. About 6 months ago after not eating a ton of unhealthy food for a while I started eating tons of carbs and sugar because I kept craving it and felt like I needed it. I would eat until I felt sick and then stop for a little bit and then continue to eat. No matter how hard I tried I just couldn't stop eating. I felt so hopeless and like I was going to get fat again. This caused me to start searching on the internet and I learned about purging. I started doing it only when I felt really helpless and overwhelmed after i had eaten a lot. I would really only do it once every 2 weeks. I realized that this was very unhealthy and so I decided to go vegan because I knew I could eliminate a lot of the bad food out of my diet this way. After becoming a vegan the purging went down and I only did it like 2 or 3 times in a period of 4 months. Then about a month ago I started taking laxatives because I thought it would help me lose weight because I didn't lose a lot at all after becoming a vegan. I used laxatives for about 3 weeks and now I take a laxative dietary supplement but I take double the dose. I also started taking a natural weight loss pill and I take 4 a day (the dose is 3). I also started purging more in the past 2-3 weeks.. like every few days because I freak out and then feel like I have to throw up what I just ate. about a week and a half ago I also started limiting my food intake to 600-800 calories but in the past few days I have limited it to under 400 calories. In addition to all of the food decrease I have been doing insanity for the past 3 weeks and before that I did P90X and Turbo fire everyday along with running about 3 to 4 days a week. I have been running a lot more lately because I am running in 5K, 8K, and 10K races. Maybe this doesn't seem that bad.. I don't really know.. but could u tell me from your point of view how bad u think this is? THANK YOU FOR READING and ANSWERING!! I really appreciate it!:)

Acai berry pills from holland and barret uk?
So I'm well aware the way to lose weight is only to exercise more and eat less and there is no simple solution such as a quick fix pill or potion ect. But I'm just curious about the acai berry from holland and barret because I've heard multiple times online that they are a waste of time and money and are a scam but whenever I see this, I usually see a comment about how the holland and barret line is actually useful. Not to be rude but it wouldn't be helpful to say that all weight loss pills are a scam, I'm just interested in hearing any reviews from people who have taken the pills from holland and barret: good or bad. I eat healthily and exercise but have a low metabolism so find it hard to shift weight, not that i am especially bulky. Would they benefit me? Thanks in advance
