Alright so tomorrow i am starting my new weight loss plan cause over easter ive put on weight and dont feel confident in myself as much. So im going to do my 1 hr walk/jog which i always use to do its about 4kms and other excercises at home like sit up etc, im going to eat smaller and healthier meals and drink alot of water. What else should i do ? Btw i am 18 yr old female weight 85kgs and 177cms tall

ideas for losing weight?
I'm about 150 lbs and I'm really looking to lose weight and tone up, especially for my vacation this summer. My goal weight is somewhere between 125 and 130. Does anyone have any specific food ideas/weight loss plans that I can try? Thanks! :)
